I take water seriously.  If you have a leak I will be there within 24 hours if possible.  Usually I'm there the same day. My late father was a pHd in Hydrology from UofA, so you might say it's in my blood.

Over a decade in landscaping and a decade in real estate broker equals over a  hundred home inspections facilitated, I've seen it all. IrrigatIon inspections are more critical than ever as the longevity of most systems, coupled with inexpensive materials used by most contractors, is getting shorter every year. I irrigation inspections start at $250 and include a full water audit. I make sure plants are getting water and the system responds to the timer schedule. I offer a 4 year transferable warranty, so most sellers have me perform repairs to give the buyers the fully functioning system they expect. I used to be a suit wearing, brief case carrying real estate agent/broker (13yrs, and the brief case got me teased, deservedly so). Home, termite, pool, roof, and irrigation inspections are vital to consumer protections. Don't skimp on inspections.
